Our individual yoga therapy sessions are designed to help you achieve balance and healing in your mind, body, and spirit. We use a combination of traditional yoga techniques - yoga poses, breath work, chanting, mudras, mindfulness and meditation techniques in combination with psychological strategies to address your unique needs and challenges. Our approach integrates yoga philosophy and psychology to provide a comprehensive and holistic healing experience.

Our chakra circles provide a supportive and nurturing environment for you to connect with others in a small group (maximum 5 members) to explore your inner world. Led by Carey, an experienced yoga therapist and clinical psychologist, these sessions use a combination of techniques including yoga sequences, meditation, visualisation, breath-work (pranayama), journaling, Ayurveda lifestyle suggestions and group discussion to help you deepen your self-awareness and move towards healing and growth.
